Are you a savvy Process Manager seeking a new challenge in a dynamic team of developers? We want to know more about you!
Tell us about your:
- experience in process design and management and associated reporting
- experience in the management of initiatives to implement process improvements
- ability to report results of initiatives
- experience working with the ITIL framework and the most common practices (Problem management, Change enablement, Service configuration management, Incident management, …)
- experience in IT projects is mandatory
- knowledge of BPMN, Agile and LEAN methodologies is mandatory
- knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices
- willing to work 2 days per week in the office
